Some patients see immediate improvements in skin texture and tightness but optimal results usually become more apparent over time as collagen production increases. On average patients see some positive changes over the course of 4-6 weeks but collagen can take as long as 6 months to regenerate. You will see continued results over the course of 12 months as you complete you treatment course.

Contraindications and potential side effects include pregnancy, active skin infections, specific allergies and some medications, please refer to our Contraindications link. Mild temporary side effects include redness and minor swelling, some patients compare it to a mild sunburn. Often these symptoms subside anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours after treatment. As well, some patients have experience mild itching and/or slight breakouts post procedure. Your practitioner will discuss these with you.
